Agreement
Welcome to CardFit Scanner, software operated by Ginylil. By using the product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Current scope
CardFit Scanner is a mobile trading-card scanner with a local saved-card collection and local Binder View. It is currently limited to one supported scope: English Pokemon raw singles. The app matches one supported card at a time, lets you save and organize matched copies on your device, and may request live listing evidence when needed. Binder View does not scan or recognize a whole binder page.
Acceptable use
- Use the app only with cards and images you are allowed to scan.
- Do not misrepresent current listings as sold-value guarantees.
- Do not try to bypass product safeguards or present unsupported items as supported ones.
Marketplace evidence
Current listings, when shown, are browse evidence only. CardFit Scanner does not guarantee that a listing will sell, remain available, match your card's exact condition, or represent a final sold-value estimate.
Store distribution terms
If you download CardFit Scanner through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use may also be subject to the applicable store terms and platform rules. These terms supplement, and do not replace, any mandatory consumer rights or store terms that apply to your download.
For Apple-distributed versions, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where required. Product support is handled by Ginylil, not Apple or Google.
Legal limits
What CardFit does not promise.
The product is a scanner and listing-review tool. It is not an appraisal service, and it does not guarantee availability, outcomes, or market value.
No appraisal or financial advice
CardFit Scanner is a scanning and listing-review tool. It is not professional appraisal, investment advice, tax advice, or financial advice.
No warranty
CardFit Scanner is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every scan will succeed, that every card is supported, or that marketplace evidence will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginylil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CardFit Scanner, including misreads, unsupported-card outcomes, or decisions made from external listing evidence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where Ginylil is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
